We currently offer domestic shipping and international shipping.
Processing time
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
As soft current is a small jewellery edit, please allow a little extra time during busy periods, weekends or public holidays.
Shipping rates
Australia
Complimentary standard delivery: available on all jewellery orders over $80 AUD
Express delivery: $15 AUD
International
International shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
Delivery time
Australia standard delivery usually takes 3–5 business days after dispatch.
International delivery times vary depending on the destination country, postal service, customs processing and local delivery conditions.
Please note that all delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by postal or courier delays, public holidays, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
Customs, duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, handling fees or other charges when the parcel arrives in the destination country.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless clearly stated at checkout.
The customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or local charges required by their country or region.
Order tracking
If tracking is available for your order, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has been dispatched.
Incorrect address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. soft current is not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice an address mistake, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We will do our best to update it before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your parcel appears to be delayed or lost, please contact us and we will assist where possible.
Once an order has been handed to the postal or courier service, delivery is managed by the carrier. However, we will do our best to support you with tracking or next steps.
